Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused after delivery

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged item received upon delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
