Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered:

  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada: 7-20 business days
  • International: 10-25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including customs delays, weather conditions, carrier issues, and holiday seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take several days to update after shipment.

Multiple Packages

Some orders may arrive in separate packages if items are shipped from different fulfillment centers. If you receive part of your order, the remaining items are still on the way.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the situation and work toward a suitable resolution.
